Camilo Mutis

Camilo is a graduate of the School of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and is admitted to practice in Colombia and in the State of New York. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the School of Law of Cornell University and a postgraduate degree diploma in labour and employment Law from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. He currently alternates his practice with teaching employment law at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and at Universidad de La Sabana.

Camilo has advised national and international companies in matters of individual and collective labour law and social security law. He has provided advice on the labour aspects of large mergers and acquisitions, as well as on the pension normalisation of important companies. He has also represented his clients in judicial and administrative litigation, where he has extensive experience, and in collective bargaining processes with different unions.
