Ana Sofia Apaza

Ana Sofía practises labour and employment law. She graduated from the Universidad de Lima Law School, with postgraduate studies in business labour law at the ESAN University.

Ana Sofía has extensive experience in advising clients on the hiring of national and foreign personnel, termination of employment, strategies and recommendations for personnel separation procedures, disciplinary sanctions and procedures, compliance with labour obligations, preparation and revision of internal labour regulations, employment contracts and terms of employment. She also has extensive experience in management, representation and monitoring of employment litigation and administrative procedures. She is a member of the Lima Bar Association.
