Naara Elisa Guzman

Naara has more than four years of experience in the field of labour and employment litigation, providing solutions to corporations in all matters regarding Mexican labour law. She has particular experience in labour audits, drafting of contracts and workplace internal rules. She also consults on general labour conditions, training processes, permit documents and termination of employment. She has further experience on clarification of sentences before the Administrative Department regarding inspections and fines by the Federal Labour Department, and on agreements and settlements before and during trial.
