Sang Wook Cho

Sang Wook Cho is a partner and head of the Labor and Employment Practice at Yulchon, who practices primarily in the areas of labor and employment and workplace investigations. A veteran labor-law practitioner, Mr. Cho advises leading domestic companies and major foreign corporations who have entered or wish to enter the Korean market, on all manner of labor-and-employment matters. He is very active in the team’s robust and growing workplace investigations and health-and-safety practices, as the head of Yulchon’s cross-disciplinary Workplace Investigations & Disputes Center, and co-head of its Center for Occupational Safety and Health.
