Michał Kacprzyk

Michał’s expertise is in cross-border HR issues. He specialises in all aspects of employing foreigners in Poland, including implementing the most effective practices. In addition, he advises on international mobility of employees, complex issues related to corporate immigration at all stages of planning and hiring, as well as on posting of workers to provide services abroad. He supports clients in coordinating and implementing all of their national and international HR requirements. He is an author of many publications and comments in trade journals and newspapers. Michał is a member of The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
