Jasna Belčić

Jasna Belčić is a seasoned lawyer specialising in employment law and corporate and commercial law. In her two decades of experience working for renowned Croatian law firms, Jasna has advised numerous Croatian and international companies operating in various business sectors. She has been involved in negotiations and advised clients in formalising sale and purchase agreements, general commercial contracts, company formation and statutory changes. She has also participated in and coordinated teams conducting complex due diligence reviews. Her employment focus has been on advising employers on collective redundancies, restructuring and compliance matters. Jasna has also been involved in drafting internal employment policies and has advised companies on various regulatory and compliance matters.
