Anne-Laure Périès

Anne-Laure Periès advises on all areas of employment law, both at the collective level (TUPE, collective dismissals and collective bargaining agreements) and relating to individual issues (such as senior terminations and discrimination).

She is an active member of Ius Laboris international working groups and has written several articles on employment law. As a Project Manager within Ius Laboris, she is involved in various cross-border projects. She lectures regularly to students both at the university and the law school of Montpellier. She is a member of the International Bar Association and of the European Employment Lawyers Association.
