Ward Bouciqué

On a daily basis Ward renders legal and strategic advice to employers with regard to all aspects of individual and collective employment and labour law. Ward has specific interest and knowledge in topics such as restructuring, employment contracts, hiring, policies, redundancies, false self-employment, protected workers, social elections and transfer of undertakings (TUPE).

Ward is also a regular speaker at seminars with regard to those topics and publishes both in legal reviews and HR magazines. In addition to the daily advisory work, Ward has specialised in litigation between employers and former employees, and he frequently appears before the Belgian courts. Ward worked for three months in New York with the US partner of the international alliance Ius Laboris.
