Marco Sideri

Marco Sideri graduated from the University of Genoa in 2002 and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2006. Marco specialises in employment law, advising national and international companies on all aspects, with a particular focus on the employment law issues arising from corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions, commercial agency agreements, the gig economy, corporate internal investigations and compliance. He is a certified Ius Laboris Project Manager, managing international projects for the Alliance, including projects regarding ethics codes, restructuring and reviewing contracts.

Marco is the author of a number of articles and publications on employment law topics and is a member of the Freelance Journalist Bar. He participates in many national and international conferences and seminars, as both a speaker and lecturer. In 2010 he was seconded to the London office of Lewis Silkin. He is a member of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association and the International Bar Association. He has been consistently recognised by Who’s Who Legal for labour and employment law.
