In this webinar, we will discuss diversity & inclusion and in particular, how to address unconscious biases. The panelists will also take a look at transparency, focusing on the gender pay gap – and other, less-explored pay gaps potentially affecting different groups. We will then look at whether COVID-19 should be seen as a net loss for women in the workplace or whether something more positive may emerge. Finally, we will explore the role of affirmative action in the four countries involved in this webinar.
