Thomas Douillet

Thomas specializes in employment law (both advisory and contentious) and in financial services regulation. He regularly advises on executive compensation, corporate governance, and the regulatory aspects of remuneration in credit institutions and institutions of the financial sector, insurance companies and listed companies. Thomas is the author of several publications in the field of employment law and corporate governance. He regularly speaks at seminars and webinars on these matters. Thomas graduated in law from UCLouvain (2014) and has been a member of the Brussels bar since 2015. He has been a teaching assistant in employment law at the Faculty of law of the UCLouvain since the same year.
