Stefan Fischer

Stefan Fischer advises employers on transfers of undertakings and restructurings, including the negotiation of social compensation plans and collective agreements. He is highly experienced in labour-court litigation, especially in connection with questions of compliance. He also has expertise in officers' and directors' liability and in the drafting and termination of service contracts of board members and directors. Stefan is an active member of the Ius Laboris International Practice Group for Global Mobility and Immigration.
