Markus Janko advises employers on a variety of employment law matters, and in particular on restructurings, corporate acquisitions and due diligence processes. He is especially experienced in supporting international groups, deploying transfers of companies and advising on the employment law aspects of insolvency. His particular focus is on consultancy work for well-known administrators in large-scale insolvency proceedings, for enterprises in corporate acquisitions from insolvency estates, and on employment law reorganisation issues in creditors' protection proceedings.
