Christian Ferrer

Christian is an associate in the labour and employment practice. He has more than six years of experience, and his professional practice focuses on a variety of labour and employment matters. Those matters include but are not limited to litigation (labour claims and ‘tutela’ actions), due diligence, labour and employment audits, employment and labour matters arising from mergers and acquisitions, collective bargaining, termination of employment agreements, social security and health and safety in the workplace. He also handles administrative proceedings before labour and audit authorities, and is certified as a Specialist in Public and Administrative Law.
