Magaly Alarcón

Partner of the firm, specialist in labour lawyer, legal advice for the solution of preliminary, judicial, and administrative labour conflicts, as well as on the planning of adequate labor policies for the needs of each organization. She is a recognized litigator, handling high-profile processes and designing complex judicial defense strategies. She also advises on collective bargaining procedures, people management, with a special focus on equal pay policies and prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace. She is a professor at the Universidad del Pacífico. She has published several academic articles in different specialized publications, having also participated as a speaker on updated topics in labour matters.
