Katarzyna advises on a wide variety of employment law issues, including transfer of undertaking, adjusting global procedures to Polish law requirements, restructuring, collective dismissals, hiring and dismissing employees. Her clients include companies operating in the pharmaceutical, hotels and leisure, retail, manufacturing, technology, media and consumer goods industries. She is an author of numerous publications on employment and HR law.

Katarzyna also lectures on labour law at the Warsaw School of Economics, and runs workshops for HR professionals and employment lawyers. She is highly ranked in employment law by international rankings, such as The Legal 500 EMEA and Chambers Europe.
