Jovita Valatkaitė

Jovita Valatkaitė has more than ten years of experience practising law in the fields of employment, immigration and corporate law. In addition to advising on general employment law matters, Jovita provides advice on employee non-competition issues, protection of confidential information and the EU social security system. She also has extensive experience in immigration matters, including residence permits, work permits, secondments and transfers of employees. Jovita holds a diploma in French law from Vilnius University in cooperation with Paris Ouest-Nanterre La Défense University, and has experience advising French and Spanish speaking clients.
