Jenny joined Elmzell in 2002 and became partner in 2008 and the firm’s lead partner in 2018. She has maintained the firm’s position in the Swedish market, and continues to be in the forefront of developing the practice to meet the needs of clients. Her focus is mainly the day-to-day advice and implementation of HR law for her clients, of which about 50% are international organisations with a presence in Sweden. Her mission is providing practical and hands-on advice on complex employment law matters. Clients appreciate her commercial mindset and friendly approach. As a leader in Swedish employment law she is often invited to address HR professionals on legal developments and to conduct in-house training for clients and in-house counsel.
