Ms. Azevedo’s labour practice encompasses advice to clients on labour issues including those related to corporate transactions and M&A due diligence. She frequently handles negotiation of employment agreements, regularisation of expatriate employees, executive compensation and other types of compensation including stock options, incentive plans and profit sharing. Ms. Azevedo also assists companies with cross-border transfer of employees both into and out of Brazil.
