Donatella Cungi

Donatella Cungi was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1989 and has held rights of audience in the Italian Supreme Court since 2007. Donatella specialises in employment law and industrial relations, restructuring and litigation. She assists both national and international companies in a wide variety of industries. She is the author of many articles and publications on various employment law topics, regularly contributes to a national periodical on legislation and labour policies, and often speaks at both national and international conferences and client seminars.

Donatella was previously a Professor in Comparative Civil Law at Creighton University in the United States. She is a member of the board of the Turnaround Management Association Italy and is a Councillor of the British Chamber of Commerce for Italy as well as the Head of its Diversity Committee. She is also a member of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association, the European Employment Lawyers Association and the International Bar Association. She has been consistently recommended by Who’s Who Legal for labour and employment law.
