David Lyons

David is a Senior Associate in Lewis Silkin's employment team, advising UK-based and multinational companies (in all sectors) on all aspects of employment law. He has extensive experience in Employment Tribunal litigation and also specialise in global mobility, co-ordinating cross-border advice on the employment, immigration and tax implications of international hiring and movement of workers. As a member of the firm's specialist contingent workforce group, David advises on employment status issues and more unusual working arrangements, including self-employed contractors, IR35 matters, agency workers, secondees, interns, and zero hours workers.
