Claude A. Lenth has considerable experience in employment law in his 20 years of practice, including non-compete restrictions and pension issues. He is also an expert on personal data law and GDPR. He holds individual rankings in Legal 500, Chambers Europe and Who’s Who Legal. Claude advises on various employment law matters such as restructuring and reorganisation, business transfers, employment termination and dismissals, non-compete and restrictive covenants, temporary staffing procedures and termination agreement negotiations. He has expertise advising on working environment conditions, including whistleblowing cases and internal investigations. He also handles disputes before Norwegian courts and the Court of Arbitration.
