Bo Zhou

Bo Zhou is the co-head of the firm’s labour and employment team. He specializes in labour and employment law practice and advises on employee misconduct investigations, labour arbitration and litigation, and employee stock ownership plan (‘ESOP’) dispute cases. He also provides advice on redundancy and employee transfer issues in relation to various types of business transactions (e.g. equity deals, asset deals and company splits).
