Aurélien Louvet

Aurélien has been practising employment law since 203. His main fields of focus include the employment law aspects of restructuring, business transfers, employee unions, collective bargaining agreements, working hours and employee savings schemes. He has provided representation and advice to a number of CAC 40 companies, large multinationals, small and midsize enterprises and professional services firms.

Aurélien also handles sensitive disputes related to restructuring, employee unions and discrimination. He speaks at training sessions, particularly for MEDEF Paris and ANDRH, and he lectures in the second year master’s programmes at Paris I and Paris II Universities. He is the author of many articles and practical guides on employment matters.
