Focus on restructuring, collective dismissals and staff representatives

Guy Castegnaro joined the Luxembourg bar in 1994. He practised for many years as an employment law specialist in several Luxembourg law firms, and in 2004 he founded his own law firm with a clear focus on employment law to respond to the growing demand of a national and international clientele for a comprehensive array of services in both counsel and litigation.

Guy was chairman of the European Employment Lawyers Association from 2011 to 2015. He is the author and co-author of various articles and books on employment law and is also a frequent speaker at conferences on employment law topics. He teaches Luxembourg social security law at the University of Luxembourg and Luxembourg employment law for future Luxembourg lawyers at the Sacred Heart University.
