Paola Pucci

Paola Pucci graduated from the University of Milan in 1990 and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1994. She has held rights of audience in the Italian Supreme Court since 2008. Paola is an employment law specialist and has particular expertise in restructuring, litigation and data privacy. She is the Chair of the firm's Data Privacy team and is a certified Data Privacy Officer.

Paola is a professor at the School for Specialists in Employment Law managed by the Italian Employment Lawyers Association, and speaks at internal and external seminars. She is the author of various articles and participates in numerous conferences on employment law topics such as long distance monitoring and financial and online investigations. She is a member of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association, the European Employment Lawyers Association, and the International Bar Association. She has been consistently recognised by the acclaimed international legal directory Who’s Who Legal for labour and employment law.
