Many employees have been working from home or from other countries during the COVID crisis. In the new normal, many companies now face expectations from employees and candidates on flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere. During this session we will discuss how two different tech-companies are approaching this new flexibility and how they developed strategies to deal with the challenges of working from anywhere.
