Gender, age and the return to work
Attitudes to office working – does gender or generation affect your view?
It was simple when the instead of working in the office, office workers worked from home. As we come out of COVID-19 and there is the freedom to choose, who is more likely to work from home? Generation and gender differences could lead to new divides in the opportunities for advancement and new challenges for HR professionals. Join this session to explore the way some are tentatively planning to deal with these hot topics.
