Zealous and effective representation of employers in legal disputes

Tim has represented clients in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, trade secrets, breach of contract, economic tort, and wage and hour matters. He also regularly conducts workplace investigations and provides employers with preventative counsel regarding personnel policies and management issues.

Tim has resolved numerous matters to the satisfaction of clients in various industries, including by disposing of claims at summary judgment, obtaining permanent injunctive relief to protect trade secrets, obtaining favourable rulings from administrative agencies, and successfully engaging in mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Tim has co-authored numerous employment law articles published in The Daily Recorder, is a key contributor to both HR Daily Advisor's EntertainHR blog and FordHarrison's On the Clock blog, and is the editor for the Alternative Dispute Resolution chapter of FordHarrison's Labor and Employment Law Sourcebook.
