Sui Lin Teoh

Sui Lin has more than 20 years’ experience in advising on general commercial and employment matters in Thailand, and is fluent in Thai and English. She has substantial experience in contentious and non-contentious Thai employment law matters. She regularly advises both multinational companies and Thai conglomerates on retrenchment exercises, disciplinary proceedings, termination for cause and mutual separation arrangements, and represents clients in Labour Court proceedings. On the non-contentious side, she has assisted clients in preparing and filing work regulations required under Thai law, conducted reviews of staff handbooks and HR policies, and advised on employee stock ownership plans and employment contracts. Her work in this area is often focused on both risk reduction and planning for future restructuring of business operations.
