Sofia Gomez

Sofia has more than five years of experience in labour and employment litigation, with specific experience in lawsuits before the federal and local labour boards in Mexico City and the Mexican Republic. She also consults on a wide variety of Mexican labour law issues, participates in labour due diligence processes, and advises on labour relationships and management procedures, including the hiring process, disciplinary measures, employment terms and conditions, and termination of employment. She has extensive experience participating in the negotiation and conciliation process with labour unions, including preparing collective bargaining agreements.
