"Sara manages unjust dismissal claims and other employment related contentious matters as well as regularly providing legal advice on reorganisation and right-sizing, redundancy, closure of business, voluntary and mutual separation schemes, discipline and misconduct, sexual harassment, performance management, employment investigations, trade union recognition and collective bargaining, employee hiring and onboarding, employment documentation and dismissal and termination from employment. Sara also regularly assists and advises on employment issues arising from mergers and acquisitions, including in relation to advising on transition of employee mechanisms and the holistic integration of employment policies, work culture, and terms and conditions of employment. Recently, Sara’s portfolio has expanded to advising businesses and employers on ESG compliance, specifically in relation to the recruitment and management of foreign labour, unfair labour practices, living and working conditions and compliance with the International Labour Organisation indicators of forced labour and human trafficking as well as Protocol 29. Sara has a portfolio which includes a wide range of clients across various industries.
