Nicos Panayiotou is an experienced Employment & Pensions lawyer both in contentious and non-contentious matters. He is the President of the Employment committee of the Cyprus Bar Association and he has worked in leading Cypriot law firms. In 2015 he worked as a Lawyer at the Ministry of Labour, Welfare and Social Insurance of the Republic of Cyprus, where he mainly represented the Cyprus Redundancy Fund before the Employment Court in Cyprus. Nicos currently provides lectures and trainings regarding Employment Law in Cyprus and has authored a book, entitled ‘The Employment Relationship and the Shareholders of Private Companies’. He is also a PhD student in the area of employment law at the University of Nicosia, Cyprus. Nicos is a member of Cyprus Bar Association, Nicosia Bar Association and European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
