Nicos Panayiotou is an employment and pensions lawyer with experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters. He has worked in leading Cypriot law firms and at the Ministry of Labour, Welfare and Social Insurance of the Republic of Cyprus, where he mainly represented the Cyprus Redundancy Fund before the employment courts. Nicos currently provides lectures and trainings regarding employment law in Cyprus and recently he authored his first book, entitled ‘The Employment Relationship and the Shareholders of Private Companies’. He is also a PhD student in the area of employment law at the University of Nicosia, Cyprus. Nicos is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, the Nicosia Bar Association and the European Employment Lawyers Association.
