Mr. Araujo’ s litigation practice entails strategic, complex and financially significant labour claims brought by Labour Prosecutors, employees´ unions, high-level employees and expatriates. He also deals with claims related to labour accidents and employment relationships, and appears on behalf of his clients before the Brazilian Labour Superior Court and several Federal Courts throughout the country. He further represents clients in administrative proceedings before the Labour Ministry and Labour Prosecutors regarding labour legislation compliance issues.
