Heidi Fairhall has over 15 years’ experience advising both private and public sector clients across a broad range of employment and workplace relations matters, with a focus on change management, industrial strategy, enterprise bargaining, whistleblowing complaints, workplace investigations, and managing employee performance and misconduct. She is an experienced litigator and has appeared in all major courts and employment-related tribunals at a State and Federal level.
She is a strategic and pragmatic adviser who recognises that trusted relationships with stakeholders and a deep understanding of organisational culture are key to achieving commercial outcomes.
Heidi has also held in-house industrial and employment legal roles with two ASX 100 companies, including as Acting Head of Employment Legal for two Big Four banks in Australia. She has previously held roles as a Councillor of the NSW Law Society, Chair of the NSW Law Society Employment Committee and President of NSW Young Lawyers.
