Gonzalo Urcelay

Gonzalo Urcelay’s experience in labour and employment law extends for over ten years. He has broad experience assisting companies in labour trials, including trials arising from dismissals, serious breaches of contractual obligations, accidents at work and anti-union practices. He has handled litigation against the government Labour Office, and is involved in frequent litigation before appeal courts and the Supreme Court. Mr. Urcelay also provides proactive day-to-day counsel on employment, labour and corporate law.
