Employment advice informed by commercial and corporate law
Frédéric's practice focuses on employment law and, in particular, special dismissal procedures, data privacy, wage moderation, management agreements, occupational accidents, welfare at work and abuse of self-employment status. He regularly gives seminars and writes articles on these subjects. He also regularly practises commercial law (special commercial contracts such as agency and concession contracts) and corporate law (including transfer, acquisition and merger contracts).
Frédéric was assistant at the University of Liège in arbitration law and has been appointed as arbitrator in various matters. He is a member of the editorial board of various legal magazines. He graduated from the University of Liège and is a member of the Liège bar. He was also a member of the council of the Order of the Liége Bar (2016-2018) and presented the speech for its opening session in 2013.
