Eleni Prodromou

Eleni Prodromou is an experienced employment and pensions lawyer. For the last ten years she has been working at George Z. Georgiou & Associates LLC, where she provides legal advice on day-to-day labour issues and specialised matters for large corporations and governmental and semi-governmental organisations. She also deals with issues and disputes related to administrative law and data privacy (GDPR), and thus is able to provide legal advice on labour issues in the public sector and issues related to personal data in the workplace.

In addition, Eleni handles litigation, having tried cases relating to unlawful dismissals, dismissals due to pregnancy, discrimination and other employment matters. She has given lectures and trainings to large corporations in Cyprus regarding employment law and in particular issues concerning general labour law, disciplinary procedures and sexual harassment in the workplace. Eleni is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and the Nicosia Bar Association.
