Dalia Foigt-Norvaišienė

Dr. Dalia Foigt-Norvaišienė chairs the Employment Law Practice Group at COBALT Lithuania. She has more than 25 years of experience in advising clients on employment and corporate law issues and is a recognized expert on international and domestic arbitration. She provides both day-to-day counselling and assistance with more extensive projects and cross-border transactions. She has assisted numerous local and international clients in planning, forming and operating a business in Lithuania, including but not limited to employment matters.

Dalia frequently writes for international publications and participates in conferences, seminars and trainings. She holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Law and worked as Senior Researcher and Associate Professor at Vilnius University. She has also taken part in legislative work in Lithuania in the areas of environmental law and litigation. Dalia is an active member of the Lithuanian business community and maintains regular contacts with municipal and central government institutions while seeking to improve the business environment.
