Bart Vanschoebek

Bart focuses on various aspects of labour law and social security, including the law on employment contracts, dismissals, restructuring, European Works Councils and European social security.

Bart graduated from the University of Leuven and has a special degree in labour law from the University of Brussels. He frequently lectures on these topics and has various labour law publications to his name. He is member of the scientific committee of JTT (Journal des Tribunaux de Travail) and is listed as an expert in Chambers and Partners Europe. Bart stands out as a highly responsive and pragmatic senior partner with vast experience and in-depth knowledge of Belgian employment law. He is based in the firm's Ghent office and assists clients with works council mandates, social security law, dismissals and contractual matters.
