Alejandro Disilvestro

Alejandro Disilvestro has been named one of the leading labour experts in Venezuela by Chambers & Partners (Band 1), and The Legal 500 describes him as a ‘specialist in resolving labour disputes’. Alejandro became a partner at D’Empaire in 1991 and is the co-head of the firm’s labour and employment department. He holds a degree in law (summa cum laude) and a master’s degree in procedural law from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. His areas of expertise include negotiation of collective agreements, conflict management with labour unions, sensitive terminations of top-level employees, collective redundancy processes, litigation and employment issues in connection with business transactions.
